Jay-Z stops by the New York Public Library along with Dr. Cornel West and Paul Holdengräber to analyze and preview Hova‘s Decoded book for nearly two hours, but here is just a sneak peak of what went down! Also in attendance who is worth mentioning were Lupe Fiasco and Harry Belafonte!
In part two of these clips Paul Holdengräber reads a snippet in the book about Jay-Z growing up in a household of musical loving parents who would blast Michael Jackson‘s “Enjoy Yourself” while he would dance and sing and how it made him feel good and how rapping gives himself that same feeling!

Watch Part 2:
I am glad to see one of the top rap artists Jay-Z publishing a book because it let’s people know that rap artists are not only talented but are also educated enough to produce a novel and one that is going to help others.
I have also published a novel recently that I would like everyone to check out. It is about a rap artist who struggles to overcome his dyslexia while making it in the rap industry…easier said then done! Please check it out at http://www.arapperscollege.weebly.com.
