Ron Artest filed a petition in L.A. County Superior Court to change his name to Metta World Peace!
The word metta is multi-significant term meaning loving-kindness, friendliness, goodwill and all that good stuff.
It’s being said that Ron wants the back of his L.A. Lakers jersey to say Peace!
