West Goshen Police Chief Michael Carroll told the Daily Local News that Ryan Dunn‘s B.A.C. was .196, which is nearly two-and-a-half times the legal limit in Pennsylvania!

Carroll also stated that no other substances were found in his blood.

Police also estimate that Dunn was traveling between 132 and 140 MPH at the time of the crash!

   No one is bagging on him, it’s an unfortunate reality and a wake up call that no one should get behind the wheel while intoxicated.
