Microsoft debuted the first trailer for Halo 4 at E3, which is slated to be released during the holiday season of 2012!

Halo 4 will be the seventh game of the Halo franchise and marks the beginning of a new trilogy in the series! Master Chief will return as the main character and Cortana will also appear in the game!

The game is said to pick up some time after Halo 3 left off.
