Comedian Lisa Lampanelli to Donate $44,000 to Gay Men’s Health Crisis in Honor of Westboro Baptist Church!?

When Lisa Lampanelli got word that members of Westboro Baptist Church planned to protest her show in Topeka, Kansas last night (May 20), she decided to donate $1,000 to Gay Men’s Health Crisis for every member who showed up!
Topeka, Kansas happens to be the home of the Westboro Baptist Church and Lisa Lampanelli is an outspoken supporter of gay rights, so it makes sense they’d be looming around her show!
She made sure to count every member of the church who showed up and the number was forty-four, so she is donation $44,000 to Gay Men’s Health Crisis!
Looks like the protest backfired!
